Position: Used Car Salesman

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and build strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
  • Actively listen to customers’ needs and preferences to identify suitable vehicles from our inventory.
  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle presentations and demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, trade-in assessments, financing options, and necessary paperwork.
  • Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements while maintaining profitability for the dealership.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales targets.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor, consistently reflecting Maverick Motors’ brand image.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
  • Knowledge of automotive features, specifications, and market trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, adapting to changing priorities.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
